Squirrelmail (our main web email interface) has just been upgraded.

Everything should be working (and working better than before) - please let me know if anything is wrong..

Multilingual support doesn't seem to be running across the entire server, this is now on the list of 'things to do'.

Steve

Hey Steve,

I really like cwazymail, although I never learned to use squirrelmail beyond sending, receiving, and deleting messages. I usually manage my mail on whatever device I am currently using for web access. I have finally, after years, gotten my inbox cleaned out. Yet even when my inbox is empty, my account shows "94.5% of 305.0M" I am not subscribed to any other folders. The only folder which appears on the left of the screen is the inbox. You are welcome to look at my account, if this is possible, to try and figure this out.

Can you empty the Trash and check the quota again?
Thanks

Embarassing as it may be, I can't figure out how. I scanned the entire text of the online "help," and it doesn't seem to be in there. Any pointers?

Thank you for helping me empty my trash. That makes a big difference. The new roundcube format is great too. Now I have a new problem. I am only able to send emails from my smartphone to myself. The emails won't go through to any other recipient from my phone, but if I use a regular computer, I can email anybody I choose. Now it is clear that part of the problem is the phone, but I hesitate to ask my cell phone company until I have a better idea what's wrong. It is so rare to find anybody at T Mobile who has the troubleshooting information I need, and it is always very time consuming, which means I often have to try several times before getting an issue resolved. On the other hand, my emails to myself, sent from my phone, are being delivered through cwazy, while no other addressees get through. I get a message from "System Administrator," with subject heading "Message not sent." The message body tells me the message was not sent and has been moved to the Drafts folder, and that the server returned the following error message:
554 5.7.1
<(recipient address)>:
Recipient address rejected:
Access denied

The following recipients did not receive the message:
(recipient address)

Now this looks like something internal to my cell phone company, generated within T Mobile. How else would it be saving it to my drafts folder? But when I put my own email address in the "to" field, the email doesn't hang up like that. Any ideas what's wrong?

I don't know if that last message warranted no response, or if perhaps you're too busy to bother with this. However, when I got the squirrelmail upgrade, I think that's when this problem started. When I email somebody, they receive an email with a sender address/return address of <leoraabe@localhost> I don't know if this is the cause of the entire problem. However, it is clear that my mail won't get past the recipient's spam filter in this condition. Also, if they hit "reply," I won't get their response. What do I do? Hope all is well with you.

I still think Cwazymail's the best!
